Architectural Sheet Metal Manufacturer
Raven Metal is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team at our Cobble Hill location. These entry-level positions are an opportunity to build hands-on skills in the architectural sheet metal industry while working alongside experienced fabricators.
This role involves assisting with metal fabrication processes and learning how to bend, cut, punch, and form sheet metal products. Applicants must be dependable, able to work with basic measurements, and have their own steel-toe boots and reliable transportation.
Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits are available after 90 days of employment.

Journeyman Sheet Metal Positions
Raven Metal is also seeking experienced Red Seal Sheet Metal Journeypersons for shop and field work. Journeymen play a key role in producing high-quality architectural sheet metal products and supporting installation projects across Vancouver Island.
Applicants should have proven experience in architectural sheet metal and be able to work independently and as part of a team. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute your skills to a respected local company with a long-standing reputation for quality craftsmanship.
