Warranty​
Raven Metal Products Ltd. stands behind the quality and durability of its architectural sheet metal products with a 25-year limited warranty on covered items.
Coverage
Raven Metal warrants that its premium-brand roof vents are free from defects in materials and workmanship for twenty-five (25) years from the date of purchase. Within this period, if a covered product fails due to defective materials or manufacturing, Raven Metal will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Credit the original retailer for the purchase price of the product
This warranty can be enforced only by the original purchasing retailer with written proof of purchase. Subsequent owners receive the product as is and are not covered by the premium warranty.
Limitations
This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper installation or failure to follow industry standards and manufacturer instructions
- Damage present at the time of installation that was not noticed before fitting
- Alteration or repair by anyone other than Raven Metal
- Fire, lightning, storm, or natural disaster
Under no circumstance will Raven Metal be responsible for roof damage or other property damage of any kind as a result of product failure.
This warranty statement supersedes all prior written or verbal warranty statements.
